The Controls Engineering Talent Pool Is Shrinking. We Know Where to Look.

Controls engineering is one of the hardest roles to hire. The workforce is aging, fewer younger engineers are entering the field, and demand keeps rising. At the same time, salary expectations are climbing and the number of truly qualified engineers is shrinking.

RSI has been filling controls and automation roles for decades, especially in the Midwest market. We know this market well, and we know the difference between someone who can spell P-L-C and someone who can actually support production.

If you're going to have to pay a fee on a job, might as well be a Controls Engineer. They won't show up on their own.

There are fewer controls engineers than there used to be. But the right ones are still out there. You just need someone who knows how to find them and has a database full of them.
